Joy’s life began in loss. Like many orphaned elephants, she arrived frightened and alone, carrying trauma no baby should endure. At Elephant Havens, she was given not only food and shelter, but something far greater: love, patience, and trust.

KT was there from the start—feeding her at dawn, walking with her for miles, comforting her in the dark when fear returned. Slowly, Joy began to see him not as a stranger, but as home.
